  Never got attended. Place looks ratchet. Waiters sitting down just hanging out. The one in mesquite is waaayyy better.

  Was not a good vibe when we walked in. The hostess was very very rude. The waitress was about a 4 from a scale of 1to10. Now the manager was awesome after we spoke to her and she was on top of everything. So my suggesin is to get rid of the employees but keep the manager because she can train the new team to do right.

  The weirdest Applebee's in all the land.
  My wife, and I, have come here at least two or three times.
  
  It has a sort of "club-like" atmosphere.
  We were very out of place, and the bar scene was a bit obnoxious, and rowdy.
  
  The food was fine, though, and the waiter staff has been courteous, so far.
  If you want to go to a regular restaurant, then avoid this place.
  
  On the other hand, if you are curious, this place is worth checking out, at least one time.
  Don't say I didn't warn you, though.

  great food, server was slow, we Placed order at 5:55 and ordered 6 Appetizer's to start and server didn't place order till 6:05. Charged us full price on Appetizer's and said the order wasn't placed in computer before 6:00 so we could not get half price Appetizer's. Do not recommend this place. Found Great Service in Grand Prairie on I20

  Very disappointed!! This applebee's is one of a kind and I don't mean that in a good way. It smells like cigarette, the hostess looked at us as if we didn't belong there, the waiter who attended us looked like he was on something (he spoke low and slow and got our order wrong), random people (non employees) walking in and out of the kitchen playing around with the female employees, and to top it off the music switched to very inappropriate music at around 7pm. We had to ask to take our food home, because this restaurant became a club full of drunks. The family and I agree that NEVER again will we go there. Just wish I would have seen these reviews before spend time and money
