  Good food terrible customer service. Went for the first time yesterday and the wasn't welcoming at all. Returned tonight again good good terrible service. I arrived at 11:40 pm they close at 12 am. I order 2 2 piece dark baskets. The rude cashier yells to someone what they left. She says they only have Legs left which obviously means they're being lazy and are refusing my service. I accepted the legs but the legs are extremely small so I asked for a extra piece and they had the audacity to want to charge extra. Again she had a stank attitude needless to say I won't be returning. Id rather go to salty ass Rudys at least I know I'd be compensated for some bs like this. And y'all wonder why people won't support black businesses. They need an attitude check and customer service training.

  First time here and I arrived at 11:28 guy at drive thru said no waffles no white meat right off the bat with an attitude not even a greeting or a smile. I was so excited to eat this food after hearing good things about it now I feel not so excited. First impression counts the most. I understand he may have been ready to get off work or had a bad day but I am still a paying customer who deserves to be served politely.
